    • Our extension has been on and off for a short while and for that we apolgise – there were significant changes at Instagram over the past few months to how their back end operates and this impacted the extension displaying.

    • If you are seeing this message, that means these issues are resolved. Please head to Instagram or TikTok to see engagement rates displayed.

  • Still having issues? We would suggest closing down Chrome and reopening it.

How To Get Started:

  1. Click the ‘puzzle’ icon ( Chrome Puzzle) at the
    top right of Chrome to show your Extensions
  2. Click the ‘thumbtack’ icon ( Chrome Puzzle) so it turns
    blue to add Influencer Searcher to your menu bar
  3. Head to Insagram.com or TikTok.com and look for stats!
